Fifth Annual Call for Nominations - 2010 Quality and Innovation Awards

Annually since 2006, the Quality and Innovation Awards have recognized significant contributions to quality or innovation in the delivery of cancer care. The awards are hosted by the Cancer Quality Council of Ontario and Cancer Care Ontario, in partnership with the Canadian Cancer Society – Ontario Division.

These awards will recognize significant contributions to quality or innovation in the delivery of cancer care.  Eligible applicants must be involved in the delivery of cancer care within Ontario. 

The nomination deadline is September 20, 2010.  The application instructions and forms are available by following the links below.
