The Board of Directors is Cancer Care Ontario’s governing body. The Board is responsible for directing all policy making in the organization, ensuring that we are doing our job according to our agreement with the government, and approving our strategic plan and annual operating plans. Six Board committees help the Board fulfill its responsibilities.

The members of Cancer Care Ontario’s Board of Directors are appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
