Cancer Care Ontario’s Executive Leadership oversees the direction and management of the services, business and affairs of Cancer Care Ontario. Together, the Executive Team is committed to ensuring CCO remains an organization of excellence with full range of high-quality patient services and a leader in the quality of cancer care across the province.

Cancer Quality Council of Ontario
The Cancer Quality Council of Ontario (CQCO) is an advisory group established in 2002 to guide quality improvement efforts and monitor, evaluate and publicly report on cancer system performance in Ontario. The CQCO is a multidisciplinary group of providers, cancer survivors, and experts in the areas of oncology, health system policy and administration, and performance measurement and health services research.

Provincial Cancer Prevention and Screening Council
The Provincial Cancer Prevention and Screening Council provides expert advice and support for the development of a cancer prevention strategy for Ontario. The Council works to support the targets set in Cancer 2020, Ontario’s action plan for cancer prevention and screening.
