We’ve taken a look at person-centred care highlights, in 2015 and 2016, from CCO and across the Province. These activities are advancing a person-centred care culture across Ontario’s regional cancer and renal programs.

The stories in this update show our commitment to improving the patient experience by involving Ontarians in the design, delivery and evaluation of the care they receive. They show the continued efforts within the cancer and renal programs to drive meaningful change in how care is delivered.

2016 marks a change in our approach to the PCC Year in Review as we transition from a single yearly report to more frequent updates throughout the year.
