Patient Experience Week, April 24 – 28, is an annual awareness event started by The Beryl Institute to energize the efforts and honour the accomplishments of the people who impact the patient experience every day.
This year we’re celebrating all of the great work accomplished across the Province by our regional partners, partner organizations and throughout Cancer Care Ontario and the Ontario Renal Network.
We’ve prepared this communications toolkit to support your region and engage with your staff, Patient and Family Advisors and local communities.
We encourage you to work with your person-centred care or patient and family engagement colleagues to connect with your centre’s Patient and Family Advisors and collaborate on activities.
